Users are intermittently experiencing errors when accessing Mobile Ordering.  Transact Engineers are continuing to troubleshoot the issue.

The issue with the service(s) Mobile Ordering is tentatively resolved and Transact engineers are monitoring the systems to confirm there are no further issues.

Transact engineers have made small adjustments to the system throughout the course of the day to help stabilize the environment.  We will be deploying a code update before the start of business tomorrow morning to further tune system performance.  At this time the system is responding normally to requests and we will continue to monitor the environment.

This morning Transact engineers deployed an update to the system that has further helped stabilize the Mobile Ordering environment including order placement, dashboard access, user login, and other functionality across the platform.  At this time the environment is performing well with only occasional errors which generally succeed on retry.  The team is continuing to review the system and make further adjustments as necessary to fully stabilize the environment.

The system performance has continued to improve with only very minor occurrences of errors which generally succeed on retry. Additional adjustments are planned for tomorrow morning before the start of business to further improve reliability.
